Pam, along with her husband Wayne, have owned and operated businesses in Billings since 1978. She operated Oakmont Daycare for nine years and during that time worked with the State Legislature to improve licensing and regulations in that industry. They have two grown children, and Pam was active in youth sports while raising Evan and Darby. They currently own four corporations, operating businesses in Billings, and have partnered with their son to operate a rock quarry in Monarch, MT. After a two-year attempt to retire, Pam & Wayne have returned to the daily operations of their businesses.

This is the first Foundation with which Pam has been involved. She looks forward to reconnecting with people she has known through the years in her work with the Better Billings Foundation.

Rev. Vern Streeter is the Lead Pastor of Harvest Church in Billings, a church that was started in the Billings Heights twelve years ago with a small group of individuals and families. Today, the congregation has grown to more than 2,500 attendees. Prior to assuming the leadership role of Harvest Church, Vern was a Youth Pastor for ten years at Faith Evangelical Church in Billings, the "Mother" church of Harvest. Vern has a bachelor's degree from Biola University and a Master's Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Samantha Morris is the Station Manager for Matheson Flight Extenders, which is a cargo handling company located at Billings Logan International Airport. She is responsible for operations on contracts Matheson holds with three major cargo carriers. Samantha is also a professional photographer and owns her own business, SAM Photography.

Samantha graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science. With this degree, she obtained flight ratings through Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor.

Samantha and her husband Stan have two small children, a daughter and a son. As a Billings native, Samantha is excited to serve with the Better Billings Foundation to help make Billings an even better place to live.

Rich is the owner/operator of the Heights Dairy Queen at 475 Main Street in Billings. He has been operating the Dairy Queen for 26 years. Rich received a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Recreation from Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota. He currently serves as the chairperson for the Billings Dairy Queen Association.

Rich and his wife Carol have been married for 27 years and have three children, two daughters and a son.

Steve is the owner and President of Executive Property Services Inc, commercial property management company; managing properties throughout Montana and northern Wyoming.  He graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology.

After graduation he entered the US Air Force and trained to fly the F-111 and was assigned to a base in England, spent 8 years flying all over Europe and southwest Asia, flying combat missions in the first Gulf War.  It was at the base in England where he met his lovely wife Jenny. After their tours of duty they moved back to the US and settled back home in Montana with their two sons, Daniel and Luke and bought Executive Property Services from his father in 2000.

His interests include golf, skiing, and camping.

Michael and his wife Jo are owners of McCall Leisure Inc., a service organization specializing in spa, pool and relaxation. Defining itself as a Service, Sales and Retail organization the company focuses on service and products to both commercial and residential customers. Michael is a graduate of CSU Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in Media Communications. Since moving with Jo to Billings in 1995 Michael’s entrepreneurial ventures have included business development, residential investment properties and commercial real estate development.

Michael and Jo embrace family having adopted their 3 children and look for ways to participate in making Billings an even better place to raise their 2 sons and daughter.

Chuck is the Executive Director of the Better Billings Foundation. Prior to taking his current position in 2008, he and his wife Kris owned and operated Rocke Gear Clothing Company for 17 years and opened Marcasa Clothing in July 2004. Both businesses are located in downtown Billings where he served on the boards of the Downtown Billings Association, Parking Advisory, and the Downtown Billings Partnership. He currently serves on the Healthy Places Committee. In 1996, Chuck was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Montana Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Montana where he also pursued his passion for music and travel through an exchange program in Vienna, Austria. He has four children and as a life long resident of Billings is fully committed to making Billings better. He and his wife of 20 years have four children, Marisa, Cade, Seth and Beau encourage sports and arts for their kids and enjoy the Montana lifestyle of skiing, camping and outdoor recreation together as often as possible.

Dave is the Chief Resource Officer for Harvest Church in Billings, Montana. He is responsible for Harvest's overall financial activities and leads several departments including funds development, facilities, IT and human resources.  Previously,  Dave was Vice President of Finance for Payment Alliance International, ATM Services Group, the nation's largest providers of ATMs and ATM services.

Prior to joining Payment Alliance, Dave was the Vice President  of Business Development and CFO of ATM Express, Inc.  Prior to joining ATM Express in early 2003, he served for 2 years as a senior audit manager with KPMG LLP and 7 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Dave was selected to participate in Deloitte's Management Development Program in Connecticut where he provided accounting research and SEC filing review services for some of Deloitte's largest clients such as Dow Chemicals, Washington Mutual, Albertsons and General Motors. He also served to develop Deloitte's official position on various accounting and SEC issues and was the firm's representative on the Al CPA xBRL Project where he wrote the original U.S. GAAP taxonomy.

Dave holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree of accountancy, both from the University of Montana. He and his wife Jen have four lovely children who love to experience all that Billings and Montana has to offer.

Jackie Hill is a Billings native who has spent the majority of her career in the legal and medical fields working as a court reporter, scopist, and medical transcriptionist. Jackie graduated from the Denver Academy of Court Reporting in 1988 with an Associate Degree. Jackie and her husband, Bruce, are established in the Billings community with ownership in Yellowstone Electric Company.

Jackie and her husband have two young boys, Gregory and Walker. Her interests include reading, cooking, spending quality time with her family, taking long walks with her dog, and martial arts.

Jackie has a strong passion for empowering children and helping to create hope and opportunity for every child and is looking forward to working with the Better Billings Foundation in these areas.
