Chuck is the Executive Director of the Better Billings Foundation. Prior to taking that position he and his wife Kris owned and operated Rocke Gear Clothing Company for 16 years and opened Marcasa Clothing in July 2004. Both businesses are located in downtown Billings where he served on the Downtown Billings Association board for 6 years and currently serves on the Downtown Billings Partnership Board. In 1996, Mr. Barthuly was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Montana Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Montana. He has four children and as a life long resident of Billings is fully committed to making Billings better. He and his wife, Kris, of 18 years have four children and enjoy the Montana lifestyle of skiing, camping and outdoor recreation together as often as possible.

Lisa returned to her hometown of Billings six years ago after many years in the mid-west. She graduated from Beloit College with a degree in Anthropology and earned a Masters degree in Education.  She has worked as an elementary educator, in the airline industry, retail management and now enjoys assisting the Better Billings Foundation.

Lisa, her husband Joe and their three kids enjoy soccer, swimming, boating, traveling and spending time with family.
