Chuck Barthuly

Chuck Barthuly

Chuck is the Executive Director of the Better Billings Foundation. Prior to taking his current position in 2008, he and his wife Kris owned and operated Rocke Gear Clothing Company for 17 years and opened Marcasa Clothing in July 2004. Both businesses were located in downtown Billings where he served on the boards of the Downtown Billings Association, Parking Advisory, and the Downtown Billings Partnership. Chuck currently serves on the Healthy Places Committee and the Billings Education Foundation board of directors. In 1996, Chuck was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Montana Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Montana where he also pursued his passion for music and travel through an exchange program in Vienna, Austria. He has four children and as a life long resident of Billings is fully committed to making Billings better. He and his wife of 31 years, Kris, have four children, Marisa, Cade, Seth and Beau. Encouraging sports and arts for their kids and enjoy the Montana lifestyle of skiing, camping and outdoor recreation together as often as possible.

Adam Barton

Pastor Adam Barton joined Harvest in 2015 and has served in full-time ministry since 1998. Adam is married to his best friend Carrie.  Together they have two sons who follow the Lord and are talented heavy metal musicians. Adam enjoys meeting people, helping them grow in faith and find their place in the Church. He is passionate about helping people understand the overarching story of the Bible and secret of the universe—Jesus. As Associate Pastor, Adam spends most of his time shepherding the congregation and helping to care for and manage staff. He oversees a variety of departments, initiatives and serves on the Leadership Team.

Kassia Lyman

Kassia Lyman is the current Health & Wellness Director at the Billings' YMCA.  With a passion for our Billings Community, she has been employed at the Y for the past 10 years. Kassia and her husband have lived in Billings for 11 years and have two daughters, ages 7 & 3. They have called Harvest Church home for the past 11 years and fill Their schedules with the typical activities any parent of girls would! Kassia feels that serving on the Board for the Better Billings Foundation is an honor with its mission and focus on serving our Billings Community.

Robin Windham

Robin and her husband Joe have been married 30 years! They have three beautiful daughters and one son-in-law. For the past eleven years, they have called Billings “home” and they love it here! They moved here for Joe's job as a pastor at Harvest Church. Robin used to be the director of Small groups at Harvest Church until July of 2018. Robin chose a career in real estate 4 years ago to grow and celebrate two things – her love for houses and her love for people. Robin has loved helping out with Better Billings Foundation's annual  fundraiser, Flip Flops and Fancy.  This past year, one of her business goals was to join a board of directors that she felt passionate about. Better Billings Foundation was a no brainer. She loves being a part of an organization that wants to help Billing's Families be better.

Josh Zeller

Josh was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He and his family moved to Billings shortly thereafter. Josh attended college in Bozeman at Montana State University, where he earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. Josh returned to Billings and is currently is the Controller for  Associated Employers.

Josh is proud to have the Better Billings Foundation to be the first board he has had the pleasure of serving on. Outside of work and serving the community, Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as cheering on his favorite sports teams.

John Atkinson

John grew up south of Billings, MT, in the country.  John’s mother and father cultivated a love for Jesus, reading, and art in him which eventually led him into the field of architecture.  He met his wife Nicole through Campus Crusade for Christ while studying at MSU.  They were married while John was finishing his master’s program, and after graduating, John and Nicole moved back to Billings. John began work at @ Architecture and Nicole taught high school math.  Eventually they had three beautiful girls, Savannah, Isla, and Isabel.  John and his family attend Harvest Church regularly, and John enjoys hunting, gardening, and playing with his girls.

Jesse was born and raised in Billings and is proud to call Montana home.  After graduating from MSU, he has enjoyed a career in the exploration and production of oil and gas.  He enjoys all things outdoors and spends him time exploring the back county of Montana with his wife and two kids.  They have attended Harvest Church since 2009 and is honored to take a more active role in serving the community with the Better Billings Foundation.

Chad Landrum

Pastor Chad and his wonderful wife Brinkley have been married since February 2009. They, along with their three children, Carter, Carsyn, and Carrington, moved to Billings to make a difference in the lives of students and the Harvest Church family. He has been serving the church at large for three decades.

Chad and his family are originally from Laurel, Mississippi, the featured town on HGTV's "Home Town.

 

Chad’s greatest passions: First, be a committed Christ-follower; second, a great husband; third, a great father; and fourth, a person of influence. He loves leading the current and next generation into their God-given purposes. He spends most of his time developing leaders.

Mark Erickson

Mark has spent 30 years in the ministry as a pastor, most recently he served at Faith Evangelical Church for 12 years.  In his pastorate he has always been concerned with how the church is reaching into the community and how best the local church can serve the community in which it lives.  Mark now works as a financial advisor for Thrivent Financial.  Mark resides in Billings and has 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl) who keep him busy with all their activities.  His family loves to do outdoor activities, watch sports, do projects together, and experience life with each other.

Erika Lopez

Erika is a Montana native, born in Kalispell and grew up in Great Falls. After getting married to her high school sweetheart Matt in 1996, they started a family, Kristen, Sydney, Zander, Rachael Patience, Gabe, Serenity, Dyanne, Jace and (many fosters). Two States, six cities and many homes they have chosen to settle down in Billings. â€‹ Erika Lopez has an AAS in Business from Flathead Valley Community College. She is the Programs Director for The Better Billings Foundation and the Operations Manager for the Oasis Water park. Erika is or has been on the Board of Directors at Trinity Lutheran Church in Kalispell as the Youth Director, Treasurer for The Rock Springs Amateur Hockey Association, member of Gillette Amateur Hockey Association Board of Directors, and Wyoming Hockey Association Board. Erika loves to travel and spend time with her husband and all of the kids, and granddaughters and soon to be born grandson.
